Hey there, High Level enthusiasts! It’s Christine Seale the High Level Queen, your go-to guru for all things Go High Level. Today, we’re diving into an exciting new feature that will revolutionize your SaaS pricing strategy: setting up multiple currencies in the SaaS Configurator. Whether you’re looking to expand your business internationally or simply provide more options for your clients, this guide will walk you through every step with ease. Let’s get started!
Why Multi-Currency Matters
In the ever-evolving world of digital marketing and SaaS, flexibility and adaptability are key. Offering your services in multiple currencies not only broadens your potential market but also provides a more personalized experience for your clients. With Go High Level‘s latest update, you can now create and manage pricing plans in different currencies effortlessly.
Step 1: Creating a New Category
To begin, head over to your Agency settings in the SaaS Configurator. You’ll notice several default categories where existing plans reside. To create a new category, click on the “Categories” button and add a new one. For instance, if you’re targeting the Mexican market, you can select the Mexican peso as your currency and name the category “Mexico.” Once you’ve filled in the necessary details, hit “Save.” Voilà! Your new category is ready, but it’s currently empty. Let’s fix that by adding some plans.
Step 2: Plan Creation
Next, click on the top right button that says “Add your plan here.” Name your plan something descriptive like “Mexico Standard” and provide a brief description if desired. Select the newly created “Mexico” category, ensuring that the currency is set to Mexican pesos. Decide where you want this plan to appear among your other offerings. For now, it will be the top plan in its category.
Step 3: Setting Up Pricing and User Limits
Now it’s time to set the pricing for your plan. You can define both monthly and yearly prices, offering discounts for annual subscriptions if you like. For example, you might set the monthly price at 5,000 pesos and the yearly price at 50,000 pesos, effectively giving two months free for annual payments. You can also set user limits, either capping the number of users or allowing unlimited access. The same applies to contact limits, which help you control the number of clients using the platform.
Step 4: Defining Plan Features
This is where you can customize what each plan offers. Go High Level allows you to toggle features on and off, tailoring the plan to suit different needs. From two-way text and email conversations to web chat and Facebook messages, you decide what your clients can access. Features with a lock icon are mandatory, but everything else is up to you. Whether it’s blogs, campaigns, or reporting tools, configure the plan features to provide the perfect mix of functionality and value.
Step 5: Setting Up Trial Period and Credits
Offering a trial period can be a great way to attract new clients. You can set a trial duration of up to 30 days, giving potential users ample time to explore the plan’s benefits. Additionally, you can offer one-time or recurring credits, adding even more value to your plans. These credits can be applied to various services, encouraging clients to engage more with your platform.
Step 6: Configuring Phone Rebilling and Reselling Options
Go High Level also allows you to set up phone rebilling, charging a markup on your cost. You can configure this anywhere from 1.05 to 10 times the base charge. Similarly, you can set reselling prices for email, triggers and actions, email verification, content AI, workflow AI, conversations, and reviews. This flexibility ensures you can maintain profitability while offering comprehensive services.
Finalizing and Saving Your Plan
Once you’re satisfied with the configuration, click “Finish” to save your plan. Review the details to ensure everything is set up correctly. Your new plan will now be available under the specified category, complete with all the features, pricing, and limits you’ve configured.
Setting up multiple currencies in Go High Level is a game-changer for marketing agencies looking to expand their reach and offer more tailored services. By following these steps, you can create diverse pricing plans that cater to different markets, enhancing your global presence and client satisfaction.
Thank you for tuning in, and I hope this guide helps you leverage Go High Level‘s powerful SaaS Configurator to its fullest potential. Until next time, keep innovating and growing your business with confidence!
