Hey guys, what’s up?

And in this video I’m going to show you
guys how to save between 20 to 100 or more
dollars on your current invoicing
and proposal software by integrating it
in an all in one platform
in just five of easy steps.
So let’s get started.
Okay, first we’re going to get some
prerequisites out of the way so that you
can get this set up without any issues.
So first of all,
you’re going to want to make sure that you
integrate Stripe in your Agency settings.
So click up here,
click on the Agency settings,
click on Settings down here
and then click on Stripe.
And you’re going to want to connect your
Stripe account if you
have not already done so.
And you can do that by clicking the button
here that says Connect login
and choose the right account.
And then you also need to make
sure you’re on the new UI version.
And I have several videos
out on how to do that.
But basically you’re going to want
to click on Company and then click on
mandatory new Sidebar upgrade
and that way you’ll be able to see it.
So now that you have the prerequisites out
of the way, we’re going to go ahead
and switch to an account here and
create our first invoice.
So step one, you want to click on Payments
and create your new products if you don’t
already have your products created.
So click on products
and then you can either import a product
from Stripe or you can
create a new product.
You’ll simply name it,
give it a description,
choose the type and then choose the price.
So we’re doing this
and then we are going to
you can also create a membership offer
here, do a description
here and add a picture.
I’m just going to do a test R1 quick
so I can show you what it looks like.
Okay, so now you have your product.
And step two, you can go ahead
and create your invoice.
So click on invoices,
click on New in the top right hand corner
and you’ll be able to customize this here.
So step three, you want
to customize your invoice.
You can change your logo here.
You can change your phone number,
your address, city, state and zip
by just clicking in the boxes here.
And then you can also add your clients.
So you can simply just click on one
and get going.
It will import their information
and your invoice number is customizable,
your date is customizable,
your due date is customizable.
