You can say goodbye to those third-party tools because High Level now has invoicing built right in!
To access the invoicing feature, you need to have the new menu enabled. If you’re not sure how to do that, don’t worry—I’ve got a video that walks you through it. Once you’re set up, head over to the Payments section. You’ll need to have your Stripe account enabled since this feature integrates seamlessly with Stripe.
Creating an invoice is super easy. Just click on “Create an Invoice,” and you’ll be presented with a beautiful template. Add your clients and their information, select your product, and voila! You can even add your logo and offer discounts. Preview your invoice, send it to your client, and you’re done. It’s that simple! No more messing around with multiple tools—everything you need is right here in High Level.
Workflow Automation: Boost Efficiency and Productivity
Now, let’s move on to one of my favorite topics—workflow automation. High Level has added some incredible new features that make managing your workflows a breeze. Have you ever created a big, elaborate workflow and wished you could easily copy, move, or delete steps? Well, now you can!
With the new update, you can clone steps within your workflow, add conditional logic, and much more. This means you can customize your workflows to fit your exact needs without having to start from scratch each time. For example, if you want to send an email only if a specific condition is met, you can easily set that up. It’s all about making your life easier and your processes more efficient.
Integrating Stripe for Seamless Payments
One of the questions I get asked a lot is whether invoices can work off products and forms in Stripe. The answer is a resounding yes! This integration is one of the reasons why the new invoicing feature is so powerful. Every product you have in your Stripe account can be pulled into your High Level invoices. This means you can quickly generate invoices for any product in your funnels, making the payment process smooth and hassle-free.
Advanced Features: Facebook Conversions API and More
High Level isn’t just about invoicing and basic workflows—it’s packed with advanced features that can take your marketing to the next level. One such feature is the Facebook Conversions API. With the recent iOS updates, using the API is more reliable than ever. If you’re not already using it, I highly recommend checking it out.
