Learn how to export notes and automate long term nurture with Go High Level!
Hey, guys, what’s up?
It’s Christine Celb, high level Queen.
Have you ever tried to export notes
from high level and you get frustrated
because you just can’t figure it out?
Well, I’m going to show you how to do
that and then how to add those
contacts into the next step.
And just five easy steps.
So let’s get started.
Step one, the first thing we’re going
to do is go into Contact into your
smart list and click columns and add
the last note column.
So it’s going to be about halfway down
there and you’ll see
the notes pop up here.
Just a quick note.
This is only going to show you
the last note that was entered.
Okay.
It’s not going to show you all the notes,
but it’s better than nothing.
And hopefully it helps you.
Okay.
So step two, we’re going to export.
So click the check Mark
and click on export contacts.
Go ahead and click Save
and then open the file.
Step three, what we’re going to do is
we’re going to do a filter
on the last note.
So let’s say that you want to send
everyone who has a note of not interested
into your long term nurture.
Okay.
So there’s two here.
So now I’m just going to copy these
and make a new sheet because
I only want that data.
Okay.
Then I’m going to delete this.
Okay.
So step four, you want to copy and paste
to your new CSV and then save your list.
Okay.
And then step five,
you want to reimport it back into high
level and add it to your workflow.
So what we’re going to do here
is we’re going to go
and make a workflow real quick.
Now,
I’m kind of assuming you have a long term
workflow, but if you don’t,
I’ll show you how to do that.
So when a contact tag is
added of not interested.
So I don’t have a contact
tag of not interested.
So I need to add it in order
to put it in my workflow.
So I’m just going to add
the tag real quick.
Okay.
So what we’re doing with this
is when we re import this list,
we’re going to add a not interested tag
and it’s going to automatically
put them into this workflow.
Now, this is where we can
get fancy
so we can send them an email.
So this is like your longterm nurture.
And then another thing we can do is we can
add Tags, we can send them a text
again, long term nurture this out
and then
we’re going to save it, publish it.
Now
when we go back into high level
and we go into our contact,
it’s turned on.
Okay, now whenever we add this not
interested tag to a contact,
it’s going to put them in the workflow.
So now we’re going to import
and we’re going to choose this file
and then we’re not going to import
data in and match columns.
What we are going to do
is here
we’re going to add an interested tag
like that.
Okay.
And then you can also
add them to our Fuller campaign if
you don’t want to mess with the Tags.
But I just prefer Tags because it’s easier
and you can use them in the future.
I love Tags,
so this is going to put them into
your long term nurturing sequence
and then if you want to get even fancier
with that going forward
and kind of fix your process
to not rely on the notes,
something that you can do is
go back into your workflow
and then once you’re done
with the one time thing,
delete that and say
when the opportunity status
is abandoned or lost,
okay,
we’re going to say not interested
and automatically add the note
and automatically put them in the long
term nurture and we can even automatically
add a tag as well,
like that.
And now when we go into our contacts
and let’s say that testy
two is not interested.
Well, we can go into this
opportunities at the left hand side.
Oh, you can’t see because of my face,
we can go down the bottom here and click
that card and change it to abandon.
And the second we do that,
it’s going to what,
email them, text them,
add a note and add a not interested
contact tag all automatically.
Isn’t that cool?
So look, there’s my tag.
Okay, now let’s check the notes.
Probably have to refresh it.
Why aren’t you interested?
I put them in the workflow
and it didn’t do the notes.
Add notes.
Not interested.
That’s supposed to work.
Let’s try it again.
But it did trigger and it
did put them in the workflow
and it did add a contact tag.
So maybe that’s not working
and I need to put in a ticket.
But
you can see that it did add
them to the oh, it skipped.
It.
Okay,
cool.
And you can see all the history here
on each contact why something
doesn’t work, et cetera.
So I hope this helps you guys
to automatically export notes
and add those contacts to workflow.
