Learn how to setup Shopify Abandoned Cart with Workflows in Go High Level and stop losing out on sales!
Hey, guys, what’s up?
It’s Christine Seale,
the high level Queen.
And in this video, I’m going to show you
how to set up a workflow for your Shopify
store, so you can send abandoned and cart
emails, order confirmations, and more.
So let’s get started.
The first thing you’re going to want to do
is go into workflow and create a workflow.
We are going to start from scratch.
And the first thing we’re going
to talk about is the triggers.
Okay, so now the triggers are what’s
going to fire the actions below.
So on the triggers, you can actually
choose the Shopify store now.
And if you haven’t already done your
integration, I have another video on that.
So what we’re going to do
is click on Shopify.
And here we can choose either
abandoned checkout or order place.
So if you want to do an abandoned checkout
email, you’re going to select
the duration in minutes,
and now you can do whatever you want.
Okay, so let’s say that we
want to send an email
and you would put your information
either here or in the settings.
And then you could put the email here or
I’ll show you how to do an email
template in another video.
But you could just be like,
hey, you missed out on this.
And guess what.
There’s custom values.
Abandoned checkout URL.
Look at that.
So that’s a link.
But did you see all of these custom values
now so you can put all
these in your marketing.
You can do, like, the total,
the discount code, the customer,
their address, the event, and check out
link, the total price, the currency.
Like, anything you want to do here,
you can put this in here.
You can even do this.
So make sure you’re using
those custom values.

You can also do a text.
I have videos on how to do workflow, but
all right, you got the idea.
Possibilities are really endless.
You can also
do order placed.
So when they place an order.
And then you can also do like,
the cart value equals doesn’t equal.
Just in case you guys aren’t
familiar with the programming,
this is not equal to
less than or equal to equal to exactly
greater than or greater than or equal to.
And then you can do as empty or not empty.
Okay, so just letting you guys
know that’s what those mean here.
If you just want to do order placed
at all, then just leave it like that.
Then again, you can do a thank you email.
You can do a thank you text,
you can send them an invitation to review
the products, review your business,
all kinds of cool stuff.
I want to do conditions on order place,
because I want to do it if they
place an order on a certain item.
So you’re going to do F else
and then look, you can do Shopify,
and then you can do all these things.
Country CNAME shipping cart, price,
discount, order value, shipping price.
So we’re going to say if the product name
is, I’m just going to use
Sean’s famous tacos here.
So if they didn’t order tacos,
then you might want to send them another
email and say, hey, this goes
along with your order, right?
That’s something you can do.
just real quick
You can do anything here that’s available.
Which is really cool that it
comes straight from Shopify.
Now the emails.
Let’s say that you want to use the email
builder, because how do you
make it look pretty, right.
So I’m going to go ahead and go back out.
So make sure you click on emails.
So now you’re going to have all
these templates to choose from.
But look at this.
There’s Shopify and abandoned
checkout emails available.
How cool is this?
They already do the work for you.
So you have this shopping cart element,
see, but they already did it for you.
It’s already in here.
And they already put all the custom
values in there for you as well.
This is incredible.
So you don’t even have to figure it out.
You can literally just save it.
So I’m going to say Shopify.
you can send a test email to yourself
and see what it looks like.
I just wanted it to save the save buttons
on the left, which is a little confusing.
And then you can go back
here into your workflow
and in your email.
Instead of typing something,
you’re just going to choose Shopify or
template like that and click on save.
So now it’s actually going to do that.
So you can test this
as you wish and see what it looks like.
The best thing to do now would be to do
a test order in your Shopify store
and make sure that whatever you did
in your workflow actually works,
because that’s the main issue that I see
when people are frustrated that things
they never actually tested it.
So make sure you test.
