In this video, I’m talking about the GoHighLevel calendar. We’re going to look at how it works on HighLevel when you, as an individual, have calendar availability but someone who’s on the same team as you has a different schedule.
When would you need to use this?
Let’s say that you have a sales team and you have someone who works on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and someone else who works on Tuesday and Thursday.
Well, you have them on the same team inside of HighLevel and a sales team calendar.
But the issue you have is that the scheduler doesn’t know that the person who’s in on Monday, Wednesday and Friday is off on Tuesday and Thursday.
If you have an equal distribution set, for example, it’s just going to randomly pick someone on the team.
By the way, check this video out if you need help setting up teams and calendars.
How to make the changes to the GoHighLevel calendar
A new development to the GoHighLevel calendar means that instead of having to block your calendar every single week, there’s a much simpler way to do it.
- Go into settings on the left hand side menu
- Then head to the new section called User Availability
- Enter your meeting location, e.g. Zoom (note that this section is ‘per user’, so each user needs to do this
- Add your time zone, this is really important, if you don’t add this the system won’t work!) Then select your available hours. Then click on Apply All and update availability.
That’s all there is to it! You’ve now set the availability per user.
Now you’re going to want to make sure that you test this just to make sure everything’s set up correctly and working OK.
