and today we are going to talk about how
to automatically reply to your Google
my business chat, which you’ll see right
here, and automatically engage with leads
and automatically book appointments
from this chat without having to hire
someone to go through all
these messages for you.
So let’s get started.

Now, what we’re going to do first,
I’m going to assume that you already
have your HighLevel account set up.
If you don’t,
you can go to one of my other videos,
use my link, and then you’ll get a free
course on how to set everything up.
And then what you can do is step one,
you can go into Google and you can
integrate your Google page,
so you’re going to go to settings
and integrations and then you’re going
to add a Google account here and then
select a Google my business
page from this menu.
It might take a minute to load,
but you want to pick your Google
my business page and make sure that enable
Google my business tracking is turned on
and then go ahead and click on Connect.
So we’re going to give this a second here.
Step two, you want to create your
workflow, so we are going to click on
create workflow and start from scratch.
And in this work flow,
we are going to catch what happens
when a customer replies.
In the supply channel.
GNB messaging.
Click on Save
and then hear the possibilities are really
endless, so step three, what you
want to do is create your reply.
You can do all kinds of fancy stuff here.
Let’s go ahead and do a
GNB messaging.
And then we’re going to say
hello, would you like to
set an appointment?
OK, we’re going to click on Save
and then here is the fancy.
I’m going to show you guys how to do
a simple workflow based
on positive intent and wait time.
So we’re going to say we’re going to wait
on the contact to apply
for this first message.
Google my business.
And then this is going to be or
ten minutes has passed.
OK,
then here we’re going to say.
If we’re doing positive intent here.
So if the intent type is
positive.
OK, so what this does
is the customer sends a message right here
from Google my business,
it replies and says, hello,
would you like to set an appointment?
Then it waits for 10 minutes or once
the contact replies within ten minutes.
If the intent type is positive,
which is a yes, then we’re going to say
JMB messaging.
Awesome.
You can book a time to chat here
and then you can actually insert your
trigger link for your calendar
right there if you have it.
I highly recommend you do trigger links.
I have tons of other
videos on how to do that.
OK,
then if they respond negatively or say no,
you can do nothing,
you can have a completely different
messaging sequence on how
to respond to that.
And you’re going to want to make sure
that you publish this and click on Save.
