Hey guys, what’s up? It’s Christine Seale, the High Level Queen, and today I’m going to show you how to integrate Google Meet with High Level to send dynamic links to your prospects every time you send a calendar invite. Let’s dive into this fun and easy tutorial, and by the end, you’ll be a pro at setting up automated meeting invites!
Step 1: Go to Settings
First things first, if you don’t already have High Level, which is my go-to all-in-one platform for two-way texting, email funnels, payments, websites, and so much more, grab your free trial using the link below. Once you’re all set up, you’ll get some awesome bonuses from me on how to configure everything.
To start integrating Google Meet, head over to the Settings tab in your High Level account. Here’s a quick path: Settings > Integrations. You’ll see a “Sign in with Google” option. Click it and connect your Google account. If you also have Google My Business, you can connect it here to access analytics, but for this tutorial, we’ll focus on Google Meet.
Step 2: Create a New Calendar Group
Next, we need to create a new calendar group. Navigate to Calendars > Add Groups. You can name this group whatever you like. This group will house your new calendar and keep everything organized.
Step 3: Create a New Calendar
Now, it’s time to create the actual calendar. Click on Add Calendar within your new group. Name your calendar, and remember to set the meeting location to Google Meet. This setup ensures that every calendar invite will include a Google Meet link.
Step 4: Set Meeting Location to Google Meet
In this step, you need to specify the location for your meetings as Google Meet. Make sure your primary calendar is set up correctly, as this integration requires a Google Primary Calendar. Enter your office hours, the duration of your appointments, and any buffer times you need between meetings. You can also set a minimum scheduling notice to avoid last-minute appointments.
Step 5: Locate Your Name Under My Staff
Ensure your name appears under Settings > My Staff. If you don’t see yourself, you need to add yourself as a user. Go to Agency View > Settings > Team, find your email, and make sure you’re added to the account you’re working with. This step is crucial for the Google Meet integration to function correctly.
Step 6: Test Your Setup
Testing is key! Always make sure everything works as expected before going live. Create a test appointment in your calendar and check your email for the Google Meet link. This verification step ensures that your prospects will receive their dynamic meeting links seamlessly.
By following these six steps, you’ll be able to integrate Google Meet with High Level, making it super easy to send dynamic links for all your meetings. This integration not only saves time but also enhances your professionalism and efficiency.
