We’re going to talk about how to make $5,000 or more per day for your clients using GoHighLevel reactivation campaigns. We’ll do this with the brand new bulk actions in four easy steps!

Step One: Spreadsheet CSV & Import List with Tags
The first step in setting up your GoHighLevel reactivation campaigns is go take your customer list and put it in a CSV file. You’re going to need the basic information like the name, number and email of the lead.
Take your CSV file and then go into GoHighLevel, into your contacts and import this list.
Make sure that the fields match. Click Continue and then make sure that the information is coming in.
You’ll see that some of the phone numbers aren’t coming through, and some of them are. Check your data and make sure that this looks correct for everything.
Click on Continue to import all of the numbers and information.
Step Two: Create Campaign
Create your GoHighLevel reactivation campaigns. Go into Campaigns, click on Create Campaign and give it a name.
Then here we’re going to do a combo email text. I’m going to show you the messaging framework that you need to use, but it’s important to keep in mind that every niche is going to be a little bit different.
In this example, I’m going to show you what I use to generate over $5,000 in a day for Medspa. You can use the same framework in any niche that you choose.
The subject can say “Last chance” and then however much percent off for the offer. And you can use custom values if you want to templatize it.
Then you could say something like, “Hey, {{contact first name}}, it’s true – we’re running a crazy one-time offer on…” whatever your offer is. Again, you can put it in a custom value {{OFFER}} if you want to scale it faster.
Then put some facts in there about what you’re selling. For example, if this is for laser hair removal, I can say something like, “The average woman spends over $10,000 and 72 days in her lifetime on shaving. This is your chance to never have to shave again!” And I can say as someone who has gotten laser hair removal, it is totally worth it to never have to shave – it’s so awesome!
Then continue with, “If you’re interested, call us right now and we will reserve your spot and give you a free {{BONUS}}.”
Add this bonus as a fast action “if you call us now” type of bonus. This will get them to call your client, and your client will not have to chase them down day after day and try to hope and get them on the phone.
End the message with, “Thanks,” and then you can insert the tag by selecting Account > Owner > First Name if you want. Or you can select Account > Name, which is the business name.
Then we’re going to do the second part of this, which is the text. Typically this works the best four hours later.
Write in “Hey {{first name}} we just decided to offer a crazy one-time special on {{OFFER}}” and again, you can put a custom value here, “for the next 3 days. I just emailed you more information for up to 50% off” or whatever you want to put there as your promo.
“You can call me back at this number to get your spot/voucher/discount/coupon/.” And click Save.
This is super important. This text – I got so much engagement from the two-part because they would say “What email? Uh what? I didn’t get an email? What are you talking about?” And so they would go look and check their email. Most people don’t just look at their email anymore – everyone’s checking their texts on their phone. So, if you text them a few hours later and say that you emailed them, they’re going to be like “Oh my god, where? I want 50% off! Where’s my email?!” And then they’re going to engage with your client.
So we’ve got the email set at 0 minutes to go out right away, and then the text is set to go out four hours later. Make sure to have “Stop on response” turned on and “Allow multiple” turned off.
In the “From address” boxes you can do a little little hack. In the first box, put in the tag {{location name}} which is going to automatically pull the business name of the location. In the second box, put in {{location.email}} which is going to pull the email. Those are custom values that are built into the system.
Make sure that you click the Draft button to make it Published – that way there are no surprises.
Step Three: Select Smart List & Add to Campaign
Next step to set you your GoHighLevel reactivation campaigns is to go into your contacts and add all these people to a campaign. Click to select all if you want to send them to everybody.
Then click “Add to campaign” and choose your campaign. Then this next bit is super important.
Do you want to “Add all at once” which is literally going to send everything out right now? Or do you want to schedule a time? I recommend scheduling this in the morning because the text goes out four hours later, so you have a better chance of everyone seeing it before your client goes home for the day.
So then schedule it and click “Add to campaign”.
Step Four: Drip List
Alternatively, you can do some kind of drip mode, where you only want to send around 10 out at once, or maybe 50.
To send 50 every hour, you would enter “50” in the Batch Quantity box, and “1” in the Repeat After box, selecting “Hours”. Then make sure that you select to only send it between business hours, because you don’t want to be sending this when your client’s not at the office. Then click on “Add to campaign.” That’s how you send these out.
Then go into the Contact Requests > Bulk Action tab and you’ll be able to see here that this is where the new book actions are. The old ones are in Bulk Requests.
A lot of people have been asking me about these rate limits for drip mode.
So, you can see here that if you are sending with a frequency of 30 seconds to a minute, you can send a thousand messages per minute. Frequencies of five minutes, you can send 4,999 messages per minute. Frequencies of six minutes to ten minutes – 5,000 messages per minute. And frequencies of above 10 minutes – 10,000 messages per minute.
